Meanwhile, in Bangalore…

Phone numbers

First of all, we have Indian mobile phone numbers. Call us anytime (remembering our timezone, which is GMT+05:30).
Bente: +91
Siri: +91
Ingrid: +91
Jostein: +91
Secondly, I’ve been uploading some photos and sounds. Here are links:

I will be publishing more sounds during the coming days, and update my photo album continuously-ish.
Third, for those with geographical interests, we are living in an apartment in the National Games Village[google maps link], in an area known as Koramangala, in Bangalore. Our state is called Karnataka and lies in the south, just north of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We have also been visiting rural villages in the Hoskote area, just outside of B’lore, and are soon going to Nandi Hills. The native language is Kannada, but English is common too. A few more fun facts: Bangalore lies about 1000 meters above sea level, hence the (more than otherwise) comfortable climate. It is often called the “garden city” because of the many green areas. It is by no means clean. It has about 7 million inhabitants (correct me if I’m wrong). Many large business enterprises, especially in the IT sector, have their headquarters situated in Bangalore, and academic institutions abound.
